      Pros

      work Atmosphere is really good, pay is good, you meet great people. easy to learn product.

      Cons

      Depends who you have as a manager/supervisor it could be a hassle, I personally had great managers/supervisors.

      Unparalleled knowledge of the market and commitment to its customers base Always looking ahead Outstanding understanding of technology and how to leverage it for the future attracting top talent that likes to create and build. Very tight knit community with a start up energy and mentatlity

      Great Company with Great Opprotunity

      Pros

      I am coming up on my Two Year anniversary here at DAT, I have never had such an amazing opportunity to grow within a company. Here I have already made 2 significant moves and I do not see this being the end of my growth at DAT. I also have never experienced a place with such amazing employee appreciation! Over all I really enjoy being a part of the DAT Family.

      Cons

      I personally did not have any issues with this but, the attendance policies can be a bit much for some people.
