Pros

The company itself has a lot of perks like free lunches twice a month, social get togethers and other team building activities.

Cons

The customer support section is poorly managed and employees dont tend to stay. There are some people that have been there a long time but most are gone in about a year. They also will prevent employees from moving up or to other departments.

Cares about employees, great work life balance and develops software with latest tools. Has won several customer service center awards. Has monthly food trucks and nice social events.

Cons

Could use more current facility. Needs to work on better benefits. Create more flexible work schedules. More education and social activities

Pros

The people are wonderful. Most everybody comes to work with a smile on their face. The company offers fun employee perks like department sponsored happy hours, twice a month complimentary lunch food trucks.

Cons

Its a great place to work. For myself, the commute is super long. But not for those in the Beaverton or Portland area.
