Ruined by cluelessness by the Product Management team and Development leadership. Many projects cancelled after significant development efforts due to lack of (or constantly shifting) requirements or failure to do value/revenue assessments before hand. Dev leaders won't make a decision and stand by it; likes the latest buzzword regardless of reality.
PDX office made big deal of moving to new work space, but open environment is noisy and horrible. Had to beg to get blinds to cut sun glint. They promote is as a "coolest place" to work because they have beer once a month...
Old school examples: Pay for snacks. Beer is locked down except once a month. 5 year vesting on 401k. Quarterly fees on 401k. 2 different time tracking systems. Arbitration clause in employment agreement.
