      It's a good and steady place to work. You get the hang of the job quickly, and is very easy and straight forward

      Cons

      the schedule is fixed for a while but is workable thereafter.

      Pros

      I just started, but the atmosphere seems relax and not hectic like other call centers. My trainer is awesome and very knowledgeable.

      Cons

      Pay could be a little more.
