Great insurance/benefits plan options, a number of extracurricular opportunities (sports teams, volunteering, team-building), and invaluable networking. You are given a decent amount of independence in your work. If utilized properly, this will afford you tremendous personal growth and help you gain the right amounts of professional experience needed for success. Half day Fridays!

Cons

Occasional disorganization and lack of communication in certain instances tends to make the task at hand more difficult. However frustrating, it forces you to be a deeper thinker and develop your problem solving skills. Sink or swim!
