I currently work at DBR Engineering. Thus far, my experience has been great! My first couple of weeks, everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming. As a result, I’ve created close relationships with several of my colleagues! I’ve learned so much about people’s lives and stories. It is incredible to learn several individuals have been with the firm for 10+ years! Although the firm is growing, the people do a great job at making everyone feel part of the family. I constantly see teams go to lunch together, joke with each other, help each other out, and work hard! The characteristic I’ve noticed in the people at DBR is work ethic, and the firm prides itself in the quality of work they produce. Individuals constantly greet me when they pass by my desk and are always respectful! I am appreciative to be a part of a company full of hard-working, ambitious, and go-getter individuals. The company isn’t perfect, it continues to improve, but their mind seems to be headed in the right direction.
