Pros

Alot of the people are nice, it was not a hard job, the pay was good

Cons

I did everything I was asked to and more and I had a good attitude and but as soon as I told them about my pregnancy, the soon let me go

Pros

If you enjoy depression, hair loss, high blood pressure, then sure, you'll love it. They have one of the highest turnover rates in the city. Young engineering students beware.

Cons

Arrogant Lifers. Overworked young balding, nervous, sarcastic Engineers and Designers. Subtle discrimination against minorities and women. Awful environment, managers....high high turnover...you can't make that up or hide it.

What you described, does not match our intention of being a dynamic place to work. DBR is an established company that has experienced a strong growth over the past few years which gives our employees opportunity to stay busy and challenged with their workload. With that said, while we pride ourselves in being a hardworking company, DBR does support a fair work-life balance and we encourage employees to enjoy this. We have implemented a variety of changes since your tenure and we continuously search for ways to improve the employee experience. We value and consider all feedback and will evaluate your comment as we continue to develop methods to improve as we grow.
