Pros

Great work environment. Flexible work hours. Executives are very easy to get along with.

Cons

Too many random layoffs. It always seem that the company was so bad with money that they would barely net a profit most months. Also, there is I huge lack of diversity, I know this is something that they are working on that but they are not doing a good job of it.

Cons

When I first started the company didn't seem to care for employees. However, I watched the employee relations and work place enironment change dramatically towards the positive.
