Team collaboration. Acquired new skills. Busy so never ever bored. Company activities and events. Health, Dental and Vision practically free to the employee. Half day Fridays. Free food often from vendors. Game room and kegerator for those interested and with free time.

Cons

Can be stressful due to extremely fast paced and very high workload. Last minute deadline changes. Steady turnover of employees due to layoffs long before COVID-19 hit.
