      Pros

      I've had a great experience working at DBR!The management team is supportive and approachable, always encouraging growth and open communication. The company culture is inclusive and fosters a positive and collaborative work environment. Everybody is a team player. I also appreciate the flexibility in the schedule, which has been a huge help in balancing work and personal life. Overall, DBR is a wonderful place to work, and I'm grateful to be a part of this amazing company!

      No job in the world is without its challenges. However, when you feel appreciated, valued, and supported, it makes it worthwhile to do whatever it takes to help the company grow and succeed!

      Pros

      If you're a MEP engineer, great place to work and learn the industry. I loved the flex schedules and some of the people were some of the best people I worked with. The amount of phone calls I received after being let go is a testament to that.

      Cons

      Lack of diversity, there really wasn’t anyone that looked liked me.
