Cons
Was brought in through a different department and the training process was quick and dirty. There are a lot of things that have improved since my first months with the company but when I first started I felt as though I didn't have enough training to competently, complete work I was assigned in the aggressive timetable demanded. Fortunately, my supervisors were patient and would assist when they had time. There was a lot of turnover in my stint there including layoffs and hiring sprees. I believe that anyone's experience with this company will vary greatly depending on which team you are assigned. Some project managers do a good job and there are a few that do not.
