Pros

Good compensation, fair sales goals, plus a solid commission and incentive plan. If you are truly a hunter, you are given the accounts and tools to be successful; all you need is the motivation and drive. Flexible hours. The company is growing and has a great story to tell, and good performance is recognized and rewarded. There are highly successful people to learn from and fantastic technical support.

Cons

Some growing pains due to the company's growth, but if you learn to work with the issues as they come along instead of getting bogged down in complaining about them, you have an opportunity become part of the solution instead of being part of the problem.

Pros

DC Group employees are rewarded for their good performance by receiving commission and other incentives. The environment overall is positive and the account management team is ambitious and teamwork-oriented. We are proud to have grown 45% the past year which ensures job security. It is rewarding to know my actions directly impact the growth of the company contributing to DC Group being in the top 2,150 fastest growing companies in the U.S. DC Group also places excellent service on customer service and pulls together to address customer concerns, resulting in a 95% customer retention rate. Overall, DC Group is an exciting, fast paced, rewarding company to work for.

Cons

Occasionally, Monday morning meetings can be a little overbearing focusing on the negative rather than the positive. Considering the entire week is in front of the employees, it would be more beneficial to rally employees and motivate and equip them for a successful week.
