      Pros

      Kids, generally, at my school, were great. Salaries are much higher now, especially if you can do well during unannounced evaluations.

      Cons

      The system is negative, finger-pointing, under-funded, under-staffed, and without a curriculum. For many years. The children can be extremely difficult.
