      Great people but not always working from the same playbook

      Pros

      A print and marketing company with an unusual number of resources and amazing service offerings--not to mention equipment in-house that is a competitive advantage. Talented, knowledgeable staff.

      Cons

      Not great communication between leadership and staff. There is not a clear vision of company direction or a known plan that the team is working from. It felt like a "Catholic family": Nobody talks about "real" issues that could help make the company better.

      Supportive people and management .

      Cons

      Often forgotten when being trained. Had to advocate hard just to get the relevant knowledge I needed for the tasks.
