      Pros

      They'll let you get your hours when work is low. You get 1 free cookie a month.

      Cons

      You don't get raises or even reviews. Communication throughout the whole company is poor. No real career advancement opportunities. They will tell you what you want to hear just to keep in the door. High turnover

      This review is specific to The Agency at DCG ONE. There are very few positives. Hybrid work is an option here if that is important to you.

      Cons

      - The team is very inexperienced. Your job will be 10x harder because the rest of your team is still figuring it out - Company culture is extremely micromanaged by those who are under-qualified to manage in the first place - HR seems to think they are giving you a gift by allowing you to work at DCG. On one occasion when sharing policy changes, employees were told: "If you don't like it, you can leave." - There is high turnover. Leadership does not value experience and top performers, so people leave frequently

      Friendly coworkers, great teamwork, and a relatively open door policy with management.

      Cons

      Management places little value in skilled workers, preferring to hire junior talent with high turnover rather than compensating fairly. Promotions at DCG ONE do not typically come with commensurate salary increases, so many opt to seek advancement elsewhere.
