Compensation could be a lot better.

Supervisor did no work at all. Spent her day talking on the phone (personal calls) would not help with workload even when we had massive backlogs PTO prorated to the actual hours worked, not what you should be given based on years of service It’s all about management there. And since they are on salary, many only worked 4 hours a day and still got paid for an 8 hour day Human Resources is a complete joke. NEVER there to help employees. Many times did not get annual raises. It was said management did not either, however, we found out that instead of raises, they got rather hefty bonuses. That way the could truthfully say they didn’t get a raise. Non-management employees are treated like dirt. They don’t care because to them, all non-management employees are expendable.
