Pros

There are lots of resources and engineers willing to answer questions and help. This role can have as much autonomy as desired.

Cons

The office management team is young and learning. There is favoritism present and they don't always listen to or take concerns seriously. The social aspect is the office is full of cliques and professionalism of interactions isn't always present.
