Pros

Centrally located within the metro, fair amount of PTO awarded and free food.

Cons

There has been a complete turnover in HR which has led to high turnover amongst the tenured staff. HR is focused on supporting entry-level staff while giving the Managers no assurance or backup to manage those not meeting KPI’s. Our new CEO is only concerned with making money and hasn’t even thought to introduce himself to the Managers (he also took over a huge conference room for his office, bit much?) Wage increases were based on industry standard, not for merit or hard work throughout the year. HR has us hiring anyone with a pulse then becomes baffled with the retention issues.

Pros

The people in the departments, the manager and team leads care about you and want to help you succeed and advance. They feed you all the time and are flexible with your schedule. Location is less then 5 minutes from the MOA and right off 494.

Cons

The problem they face is their HR department and they do not care how hard you work and what you do, they will demote or terminate you without proper cause or being written up. They will fill positions with people they want, and a lot has changed in 2 years. People who have been with the company for over 10 years are leaving and while it is not said out loud, it has to do with HR and how they treat the staff

Pros

Flexible schedule, great training, food

Cons

From the beginning of the process I felt misled. During the job interview I was told that I would be assisting individuals who had lost loved ones, which is why the right candidate needed to be empathetic and sympathetic. Within my first week of training I was listening in on phone calls that other ARs were making and you are basically trying to collect money from vulnerable individuals who have just had loved ones pass. It is a TOUGH job and I feel that the job description should emphasize that.
