      Oil and Gas is becoming a more volatile market, 30%+ of employees retiring within a few years, some leadership roles have no direct reports - just a place to park marginally effective employees until retirement.

      Paychecks were deposited on time Free tea and pop

      Cons

      No appreciation for the people who do the work. We were actually told by Wouter that his 12yr old daughter could do our jobs. Will lie to your face when it comes to advancement and other opportunities.

      -Interspersed with many well trained individuals who strive ceaselessly to try and ensure a stable, reliable, and safe operating environment.

      Cons

      -Laid off more than 200 employees in January of 2015 many of which had help build the company from the ground up and had irreplaceable and invaluable knowledge of the industry and environments within which they worked. -Interdepartmental communication is marginal at best. -Tiered communication between levels of management and below virtually non existent. -Employee Training/Development relatively poor. -Significant waste generated by poor communication.
