      Compensation not on par with other companies Big problem with upper management and stems down to lower levels Company didn't handle layoffs in a professional manner

Our benefits will continue to be some of the best in the industry. We review compensation annually to be competitive with the market, offer increases for high performers and bonuses based on our goals.       Used to be great, now just ok

      Pros

      Great pay, good benefits, nice people, enjoyable job. Decent work/life balance.

      Cons

      Lay-offs, constant change, uncertainty. First we were told our jobs are safe; then they said they are closing two offices, now they want to keep one open and close the other.
