      Pros

      Good place to gain experience in several different areas. Understaffed so there's no shortage of work. You'll be able to get your hands dirty. Perhaps dirtier than you want to. Many of the employees are good people.

      Cons

      Honestly I wouldn't recommend working there to any of my close friends or family. It's a toxic environment. Certain people are picked seemingly at random to move on to jobs with more desirable responsibilities. The notion that they pay "market rate" to their employees is literally laughable. Be content to take your 2.5% raise each year also. Because of all of this, DCP is a stepping stone and they seem to be ok with it.

      Pros

      Some of the people that work here are some of the best in the business. They know their stuff, they've been there before, and most people are willing to teach the younger generation if approached. There are some good ideas and initiatives being executed that will help the company in the future.

      Cons

      In short, too many chiefs and not enough indians. The company can't hold on to good workers, and has too much lower- to upper-middle management that sometimes can't even agree on how a meeting should be run, much less agree to action plans and tracking progress. The company gets in its own way in a lot of respects. The company also has a scattered talent management plan that seems to change frequently, is never concrete, and isn't as transparent as they'd like to believe.

      Pros

      Wonderful employees (excepting Executive team), great position in industry, endless opportunities for process and cost structure improvements, small company with valuable assets. Would be an excellent business for professionals with that entrepreneurial spirit but leadership support is currently non-existent.

      Cons

      Executive team has no experience driving business best practices and worse, is unwilling to accept the hard challenges that stand in the way of success. Unnamed C-level executive is a bully, a narcissist and untrustworthy to the point of fracturing the employee base, limiting productivity and driving company performance down, down, down
