Management has realized that strategy alone doesn't improve the company results. Culture has a key part to play as well. Strides are being taken to encourage a positive culture across the company this year.

Cons

Leaders and front lines don't take accountability to heart. The mentality of "it's not my job" is rampant and silos are still existing across the organization

Given a lot of responsibility - no lack of things to do - able to fail - business conducted stable locations

Cons

Advancement - no accountability - few if any rewards for working hard - layoffs 2 times in last 3 years - managers over managers over managers but few worker bees - do not execute quickly - do not make easy things easy.

Great Midstream Company with High Turnover Rates

Pros

They have hired a lot of great people who really care about what they are doing in the past few years. There are people here who are very enjoyable to work alongside.

Cons

A lot of turnover for all positions. They just can't seem to keep employees long term, even though they are the largest midstream company in the US.
