      pay, insurance, 401k, vacation.

      Cons

      long hours in field operations in some areas, the future of any asset area outside of Colorado is uncertain, company lets well contracts expire, treats any area that isn't in Colorado as unimportant, runs old equipment into the ground, lets work trucks go to 200k+ miles before replacing, creates too many meaningless positions at the home office.

      good training, decent pay, good benefits

      Cons

      poor decisions made at the upper management level makes it harder for the guys actually doing the work, won't spend money to make sure employees have serviceable equipment to work with
