Pros

There is only 1. The residents.

Cons

A lot! What kind employee NEVER gives a raise no matter how long you have been there. They make you shovel snow no matter your age ...it starts with owner and then the management.

Pros

The staff and individuals are great. The dsps go out of their way to do their job no matter what.

Cons

Not paid enough to put up with what goes on and how staff is treated. Work all the time. You spend more time in the facility then you do at home. Never stay on set schedule. You work up to twelve hours a day. No breaks. Don't get hardly any weekends off. Bosses treat staff badly. No raises. Cannot miss days or meetings or you will be terminated. Cannot be late for any reason or you will be terminated. You have no life except for being at the facility.
