Pros

Working with the individuals of course. Plus, its not a job that requires a lot of physical strength.

Cons

The management are over worked and unappreciated so I think they take it out on staff. Also other employees that only care about a paycheck.

Pros

I loved the dedication of the company toward the individuals. They really do their best to ensure safety, comfort, and happiness of each individual.

Cons

The turnover rate is outrageous. They hire basically anybody they can get, and sometimes those coworkers are not the best people to work with. I worked 3rd shift full time, with a set schedule, but it kept getting changed on me at the last minute.
