Pros
Great position in the beginning. Working with the individuals is wonderful.
Cons
Management is horrible, no one wants to get back to you on what you need to be doing. Limited training. You don't get lunch/any type of breaks. If you smoke you'll hate this job, no smoking on the clock and you're on for 8 hours plus. You get handed multiple positions when they fire someone, and when you ask for help you're told no they need you there, yet yell at you when you aren't done with something they just sent you five minutes ago but you've been working on 50 other things they've given you in the last 20 minutes. They yell at you when you are doing wrong, but don't help you fix it so you know how to do it right. If your child is sick you don't call and say your child is sick, they will tell you they don't care your job comes first that's what Dr's and nurses are for.
