I loved the residents and found the work enjoyable.

Cons

However, the company hasn't given any pay raises in 6 years. The workload became more demanding on those remaining employees as many left for new jobs and those who were left felt short shifted. A catch 22.

Rewarding work with some amazing individuals, great opportunities.

Cons

Management does seem to care about addressing issues, treats staff poorly, long work hours, being called in all hours of the day or having to stay over four hours after your shift.
