Pros

As management, the hours are flexible and you can tailor your schedule to what you have going on but you still have to meet workload and different meetings and such. The residents were great and they made coming to work more enjoyable.

Cons

The pay was decent but the caseload was overwhelming at times. Some of the support that was supposed to be there wasn't very reliable. There is a lot of travel for management. The company wasn't transparent in the way that they did business. There wasn't the same standards of work and behavior for everyone, some people were allowed to do whatever they wanted, while others were under strict watch.

These reviews are accurate, this company is not worth your time. Extremely unprofessional and when you bring up an issue there’s no resolution and you’ll end up stressed and burnt out.
