Enjoyable seeing the individuals in the homes. They also enjoy seeing you at work. You get attracted to the individuals. They get to know you and you get to know them.

Cons

Sometimes you are unable to get into driveway because if snow and ice.

You get to meet some truly amazing individuals with fascinating personalities. It is a joy to help those individuals live their best lives through the large amount of services that the organization offers. Also, there are some talented and passionate employees that are a joy to work with.

Cons

There are some people who work for this organization that do not value their employees and the individuals who they serve. The pay and benefits are also not that great. There is not much room for advancement, unless you are favored by specific higher ups.
