Very friendly people, warm inviting environment, product is widely used in the industry, very positive future outlook for growth and expansion. I was overwhelmed with the positive perceptions people have of the company. You just don't see that these days in other companies in Silicon Valley.

Cons

None, everything is great, I have no complaints.

HR staff is striving to build bridges between management and staff employees. Employee incentive plans are in the works. Health benefit plans have been initiated. There is an excitement in the air, which is positive, due to the recent changes in HR.

Cons

Let's tear down walls and build bridges. We are not them versus us. We are a team, the DDN team.

Cons

Maturing from a Founder lead company to new leadership brought from outside the org. Growing pains as processes are developed and reassignment a are being made.
