      Pros

      Working in IT for over 20+ years, some companies are too big to function while some companies are too small to act. DDN has proven to be best of both worlds. We can act swiftly and effectively to most sales and support situations and have the staying power to weather tough times. There are customers who need DDN who don't know about us and it curious how we are engaged. There seems to be many types of workflows that are too extensive and it is all about finding those new opportunities.

      Cons

      Sometimes we can get so many people involved that no one executes. It takes some skills to insure that everyone knows who needs to be in action to resolve.

      When you are ready to take a lot responsibility, then you will find very interesting customer base and very talented colleagues.

      Cons

      When you can motivate yourself, you are at the right place to work. When you expect strict management guidance, you should not even start to think about a position.
