      Thank you for taking the time to complete a review. As you mentioned, we do have great people that are continually learning ang growing to enable rapid growth for DDN. The voluntary turnover actually has been very good as we are currently in the mid single digits which is very competitive for the technology industry. However, we can always improve and would welcome any feedback to strengthen our culture to keep our employees engaged.

      Pros

      DDN is a place where one can have incredible input and control over their career, job, and working on opportunities. The ability to make decisions close to the field, customer, and opportunity are unsurpassed. If you are good at what you do and know what needs to be done, DDN will support you and won't let you loose. It is as close to being your own company inside a larger company as you can get.

      Cons

      There is visability into large deals and opportunities and everyone up and down the management chain is aware of these opportunities. They are discussed weekly and sometimes input can be helpful but may not be relevant to the current situation. There is no limit to what we can do and no option is off the table.

      The benefits are above and beyond the monetary rewards. Management gives constructive criticism when it's needed, and I have received more positive feedback and recognition here than anywhere else.

      May require a higher level of business understanding and responsibility, depending on the position.
