only Some people are good to work with.

I encountered unprofessional behavior from several departments, including HR, leadership, and finance, during my exit process. Hiring only when necessary and readily laying off employees once their work is done. While leaders have titles, they seem to lack decision-making authority. Lack of ownership and point fingers. If you're seeking a stable, empowering work environment, this company is not the best fit.
