Pros

- okay benefits - fairly good pay - amenities (cafe, gym, company discounts)

Cons

- ALL responsibility is left on engineers (PE bears almost all accountability), even when the outcome was out of their control - ALL projects are run by engineers (other departments really just "support" PE, but PE usually is left to do everything themselves) - VERY archaic systems (mainly word of mouth systems, highly in-effective and in-efficient) - not very hands on - no training - frustrating to work with non-collaborative people
