Pros

Pay, fast paced learning envirobment, very good for building experience in an international company, good benefits and one of the largest automotive companies in the world.

Cons

Moral, lot of old figures who are stagnating before retirement, some work can becrepoetitive and workload increases drastically after a year and puts lots of unnecessary pressure on younger employees.
