Pros

Okay Pay , okay benefit, good amount of holidays off.

Cons

No growth. company needs to hear employees needs. Very unorganized, everything is controlled by Japan headquarter, If want to make money, invest or Denso's a lost child without the mother T. NA management are afraid to change, target unreasonable goals, has high expectations without plan. Most importantly they don't care what employees think, don't care about efficiency, only do what your manager tells you to do and that goes up the hierarchy. Very Asian culture even in a lot of US, no accommodations for the employees. Instead of cutting budgets on your employees, cut budget on meaningless spending like building renovation when the most of the building is empty and to justify "better work environment" for policy forced on-site days. Company's value is not on employees but also not on profit. Why? Has old culture.
