Good working environment, most of the employees were easy to get along with, even when they were dealing with troublesome tech issues. Large and varied manufacturing environment was really interesting to walk through and observe. Lots of opportunities to get out of the office and troubleshoot some weird issue on a device you'd never seen before on the manufacturing floor, which kept things interesting. Things could get hectic at certain times, but usually the pace of work was reasonable.

Cons

Most of the guys working IT there had been employed for decades, meaning it can take a while to promote or go from contract to employee status.
