Benefits are great for this area although cost of the benefits have gone up.

Top 3 in the plant are the good ole boys". senior manager, maintenance has his wife working there, his two daughters, and two close friends in higher paying positions within the organization. other more qualified people weren't given opportunity to apply for those jobs. management demands respect based on job title instead of earning it. birthday lunches are a joke. hr and trainer are only people who seem to care and there not allowed to talk to associates or team leaders. watched a new temp making parts wrong and the trainer couldnt do anything except talk to management who then talks to team leaders or temps. management is very old and only one has been to college. they dont no how to run a company well.
