Probation contract for 6 months is fine. Like a classroom set up where you'll study C language, Nihonggo, etc. For experience only. You can still make friends with some seniors and managers. Salary for starters range about 16-18k

Cons

People there are toxic, they don't value work life balance even they always said it but not really implementing it. Once you decide to get out because you're sick of the work environment, some senior/managers will gaslight you just to not resign. Asking so many questions on why do you want to quit. When you're on probation, and you want to resign, they insist that you'll have to pay about PHP50k or more. Because you have to complete the contract of 2 years. Based on the computations, the fees include: C language classes Nihonggo classes And "damages" (can't remember what kind of damage it tells) In some departments, bullying is happening to certain people. Transportation to the office sucks, since it's in Bel Air Makati, most of us walk so far to get to our dorms or train/bus stations. Jeepney ride especially in afternoon rush hours is very hard. Mass hiring because a lot of people are quitting there. Just sayin' 🫢
