      Pros

      Competitive pay, biannual raises and bonuses. Health, Vision, and Dental insurance. 401k Paid time off, paid sick days, paid call-in days, paid holidays with triple pay rate if required to/volunteer to work on those days. Plenty of overtime. On site cafeteria, gym, health center.

      Cons

      The turnover rate can be quiet high at times leading to lower production numbers and the occasional weekend spent at work to catch up with customer orders.

      Ridiculous Amount of Rules and no sick days

      Plenty of overtime. I work 7 days a week alot. Sometimes it's mandatory.

      Cons

      Work Life balance is ZERO Pay is ok, without overtime, but not what it should be. You should make at least $20 this day and age for as much as you put into the company and the cost of living! No sick days! It's a complicated system. You have a few call in days but they are not paid. If you're sick and call in, you get an occurrence even with a Dr note! If you are 39 seconds late, you get an occurrence. Things happen... You get sick, traffic jam or wreck, etc. Sometimes it's beyond our control, but they don't care! I feel like they don't appreciate the efforts you put in daily, Not a job I plan to stay at. Used to be a wonderful place to work, not now!!
