Lots of unpaid overtime, disorganized/uneducated Senior Management, turnover is awful.

Low pay and long hours are the norm. Poor communication big disconnect from the floor associates to management.

Working at denso was good except for coworkers

Alot of overtime, Cafe at work with pretty good food, some coworkers were friendly.

Cons

backstabbing bitter coworkers who have worked there for years and are mad at the world.
