Pros

Competitive pay for the area I live. A lot of opportunity for advancement and movement within the plant that I work.

Cons

Overtime can be excessive in some areas. Depends on the capacity of the lines vs sales.

Pros

Some great co-workers, although I don't know why they don't quit. Good health benefits.

Cons

Low pay compared to others, little engineering performed in the NAFTA region. Japan still controls everything with the exception of HR who plays favorites and makes things unbearable in the work environment if you aren't one of their few favorites.
