      Benefits are great and salary is OK. Workload can sometimes be very light

      Cons

      Workload can be very heavy and stressful at times. Since our client is from Japan, a lot of times our co-workers work too hard to deliver client satisfaction and would often disregard employee satisfaction. This could lead to a lot of overtimes and too much tasks for one person.
