      Pros

      Money was decent that’s about it but still lower pay then other places doing same type of work.

      Cons

      Lack of communication, way to much favoritism, hours sucked, they would change times constantly. Safety, well that’s another story in its own. They would treat the ones they liked and didn’t do their jobs good but treat the hard working people like crap cuz they knew they would do the work. That’s why they have such a high turnover. And working 7 days a week most of the time left no time for family or vacation.

      Overall the organization is well financed well managed and has excellent products and distribution

      Cons

      The Denso group I worked at was Denso Products and Services America in Long Beach Ca. The HD aftermarket sales department is a toxic waste of time. Very poor management that harassed staff, doesn’t have a product line that is what the market demands and has lost 6 of their team members within the last 9 months as a result of the toxic climate there. Stay away. Stay far away
