opportunities to accelerate your career. Management is adequate, equipped and with high moral values

Cons

officially multinational company but in reality still very much japanese oriented. For over 15 years management tries to turn this around but obviously still have a long way to go.

Salaries Good for youngsters as long as you are reporting to an expat Excellent training opportunities

Cons

Completely incapable and useless Indian senior management. They do not have the required education and capability, and only engage in finding ways to fool the expats and ensure that young talented employees do not stay long in the company. Is located really far from the main city.
