Pros

If your a friend or family member, you will have a better chance of getting a better position or promotion with the company.

Cons

Long hours, mandatory overtime, training needs to be improved, rotating shifts, sub-leaders and team leaders need leadership skills. Some departments are not ergonomically friendly,; therefore, a lot of injuries. Very fast paced and repetitive work which also leads to injuries. The company does have a Kaizen program, unfortunatly they fail to take suggestions from their associates.

Pros

Stepping stone for testing career in IT. Free japanese language training. Opportunity to go to Japan for business trip or long term work. Great Japanese managers.

Cons

Boring, robotic type of work which commensurate with salary. Forced to study Japanese language. HR was not good, they treat you like 7-year old kids who don't know anything.
