Pros

Co-workers are dedicated to serving the clients People are sincere in their work because it's obviously not for the pay Generous PTO, managers are highly encourage self-care Pay increase automatically every 6 months for the first two years Lots of opportunities to move around within the agency

Cons

The pay is barely livable Being that we are funded by the the gov't we don't always get to make our own decisions. This can lead to job description changes and serving an entirely different client base Pay increases automatically every 6 months for the first two years Not a lot of vertical opportunities within the agency

Pros

Great coworkers Good experience Flexible training opportunities

Cons

Sneaky upper management (changes last minute without warning or input from others) Do not hire staff to replace those leaving in a timely manner Lack of safety High stress High caseloads Company would rather save a buck than think about the quality and safety of individuals and staff
