I love working for DESC, I love working with the residents. I love the fact that I'm able to pick up extra shifts wherever needed, without the headaches of an employer haggling me about going over 40 hours. Really happy with the benefits that we have as well. The PTO makes it really nice as well.

Cons

We could really use a pay increase.

It is nice being in a position to help a demographic that definitely needs it. The people you work with are usually fantastic!

Cons

Poor pay coupled with under appreciation by upper management. Lots of violence and other traumatic experiences.
