Pros

What it was worth it was an OK job. But dealing with clients is tough. They were pretty flexible and I was there and the heart of Covid.

Cons

Some of the staff there were pretty unqualified and borderline creepy. You had to watch out for the staff more than you had to watch out for the clients..

Pros

Great pay, benefits, and PTO accumulation; outstanding coworkers and ability to transition between programs.

Cons

Upper management is the worst I have ever seen. Communication is often nebulous or non-existent regarding important programmatic changes. Employees are routinely retaliated against for speaking up on important issues. Management does not understand or take seriously the role of peers within the agency. Upward mobility is limited for those seeking job security, as any supervisory role is non-represented and is viewed more as a scapegoat for upper management to hide behind in the event they make a mistake.
