      Pros

      Wonderful atmosphere, beautiful offices, and important work. Great colleagues with flat hierarchy so ample opportunity to move up within the company. Willing to create flexible work schedule.

      Cons

      As with many growing organizations, some growing pains in terms of management style/HR policies. Work can be tedious without opportunity for diversity of tasks. Limited opportunities for professional development.

      Pros

      Very flexible schedule, understanding of personal/life issues and work schedule, great co-workers, small family feel, casual environment, casual dress code, manageable work schedule and work load

      Cons

      Sometimes the small family feel makes the relationship less professional than what it should be and can feel like management takes certain issues too personal and can take it out on the employee. Benefits and salary might not be quite as good as you would get in a larger company.
